Breaking boundaries
Good Scholarships are a dime a
dozen. But great Scholarships?
Well, it all depends on how you
define ‘great’.
But if your
definition includes one where the organisation really sees to your
career path, job exposure and personal development, then NatSteel
Holdings’ Scholarship/Study Award is really a ‘steel’.
Life @ NatSteel – working hard &
playing hard
Opportunities for
personal growth, advancement to senior management positions and
overseas postings abound upon graduation, at NatSteel. Hear it from

The real “Steel” of
the scholarship
Unlike other
organisations, NatSteel recruits only a select few each year. This
means that it is able to expend energy, effort and time to groom
each scholar individually via a customised development programme.
During your
studies, you will be given the opportunity to experience multiple
internship stints within the various business units of NatSteel.
Also, not forgetting that at NatSteel, we strongly believe in
work-life balance, thus we will invite you to join us at company-organised
recreational activities, community work and even external corporate
events. This is to allow you to be exposed to and built familiarity
with the NatSteel culture.
Upon graduation,
when you join the NatSteel workforce, you will also be given
exposure to the dynamic steel industry, and even in the global steel
markets. In line with NatSteel’s philosophy to nurture the best in
you, expect to have challenging job rotations and cross functional
project assignments. As part of the NatSteel culture, you will be
placed in a Mentorship Programme and be mentored by a senior
management. Just as this value proposition gives the best, it also
expects the best to apply. This scholarship is open to
nationalities.
