Community Involvement
Volunteering

We firmly believe in giving back to community. In a partnership with various beneficiaries - Society of the Physically Disabled (SPD), Fernvale Gardens School (FGS), Food From the Heart (FFTH), we organise monthly sessions where employees of NatSteel will be able to partake in activities with the beneficiaries . Over the years, NatSteel has managed to make an impact on our community, touching the lives in many during the process.

Bursary Awards

We hope to empower through educational support. Despite going through a tough time during the pandemic, NatSteel has continued with their commitment to support students from SPD through the bursary awards and empowerment initiatives. We believe that education will pave the way for students to have a brighter future, improving the quality of life for their families as a result.

Till date, NatSteel has contributed over S$1 million in bursary and given out more than 1,000 bursary awards over the past 14 years.

Mentorship

Beyond financial support, NatSteel hopes to be a guiding light for youths. Under the NatSteel – SPD Empowerment Award, beneficiaries from SPD would be selected to undergo a mentorship program with an employee from NatSteel.

The mentor from NatSteel would guide the mentee on their studies and area of interest. On top of that, mentees would be presented with an internship opportunity to put their skillset to use.
